Easy to assemble. It has been a month of neighborhood kids (and a few drunken dads)and the enclosure has held up well. The net is still taught and sag free and the poles are as stable as ever. Good buy.

Stamina InTONE Jogger with Handlebar Plus Jogger Workout VHS Review

I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about.This product as pictured is exactly what you get with the VHS tape and all.It has springs and not straps.The only drawback of this item is the cover that covers the springs literally takes 2-3 people to put on and comes off quite easily.The trampoline is very sturdy as we have had ours now for more than 2 years and my husband and I have used it as well as our three kids.

Variflex Spring Trampoline - 12' Review

We bought a variflex 12' spring trampoline like the one pictured but it included a safety enclosure. We didn't have another trampoline before and only used one other friend's trampoline. The variflex 12' spring trampoline worked well. The instructions say that three adults should set it up but I was able to set it up by myself--it was a little tricky but I'm fairly handy. We've only had it assembled for a couple months. From previous reviews I learned that the pads and foam pole covers may wear out quickly when exposed to the weather and that replacement parts are expensive--we'll see. However, our trampoline blew out of our yard over a 3 foot fence across the neighbors yard and over another 3 foot fence and ended up bent in a couple places in the second yard over. I haven't found replacement metal parts on the web and customer service said that I would wait on hold for over an hour or could leave a phone number for them to call me back--I'm waiting. If you get a trampoline tie it down; these important instructions were left out of the product manual--they simply say "It is recommended that the trampoline be taken apart and stored in bad weather." The wind was only about 20mph. I could understand severe thunderstorms or severe winds but the wind that damaged our trampoline was comparatively mild. We are satisfied with our purchase if we can get the replacement parts.

Junior Combo Trampoline - 55 in. Diameter, by Bazoongi Review

This little trampoline is amazing! It does take at least two people to put together (three if your children are awake and are bound and determined to give this a try before fully assembled). It is extremely sturdy and can fit indoors (you'll have to take down the poles to move it outdoors). It's a wonderful alternative to an inflatable ball pit if you want a longer lasting "bounce toy". It is meant for only one jumper at a time- a minus if you have multiple children, but the safety webbing and outer cushion ensure a safe jumping experience.

Urban Rebounding Workout DVD, Compilation 5 Review

Ok so The Urban Rebounder provides great aerobics and some of the series (ab bound, core bound, parts of others) give some bodypart toning.However, the one thing all execisers need and don't ususally do enough of is stretching.The fifth DVD in the series gives us two ways to get more stretch in our routine, namely, Stretch Bound and Yoga Bound.Both are good for helping me get my aging muscles to cooperate.I do one or the other once a week or whenever I feel my body (especially my back) is more tense than usual. Staying limber relaxes you and makes you more likely to keep exercising, so I reccomend this DVD for anyone committed to staying the course.

Freedom Spring System - Rebounder (Mini Trampoline) with Resistance Training Review

I bought a Freedom Spring System a couple years ago.It's the only exercise equipment I have ever used on a continuous basis that didn't end up in the garage after a few months.

I struggle with my weight, and this helps me with other health issues no matter how much I weigh.It helps keep circulation in my knees, which get painful and unsteady if I don't use my Freedom Spring.It has also helped me with balance.

It wasn't hard to put in my house.I just had to make the decision to find a place and keep it there.That way I use it and don't put it away, never to be seen again.I decided that if I have a place to eat, bathe and sleep, then I should have a place to exercise.I am really glad I did, because I know I am healthier for it.

This isn't one of those obnoxious rebounder setups that you see advertised.The manufacturer doesn't encourage the high bounce, which is good, because I wouldn't do it anyway.Because you are combining the aerobics and the strength training, you only need to bounce gently.I was surprised how quickly I can control my heart rate by just incorporating the resistance exercises.

This is great for people that wouldn't otherwise use a rebounder....like me.And you can get really good stretches.After a long day on the computer, I can really relax and relieve my shoulder muscles on this.

I would say this is the most efficient exercise system I have run across. It was worth every penny - I even canceled my gym membership.

Rebound Air Trampoline Workout DVD: Keep On Rebounding Review

I was a little disappointed in this dvd. The music was off a little throughout the entire workout,(which is my pet peeve with any workout)!!There was also alot of counting, which wasn't necessary.
The workout itself is pretty good, alot of high intensity. Overall...I would rate it a 2 or 3.
