This is my 3rd rebounder.This is probably the best quality version.I weigh 220 plus pounds.People buy equip like this and expect miracle results in 2-3 sessions.It doesn't work like that.But if you work out every other day for 2-3 weeks, you will see results in the mirror.I work out with 2-5 lb freeweights.The cut(s) you get from this you can't get anywhere.I've been rebounding off/on since 1995.
There is marketing.There is hype.Is it all true?Mostly yes.You probably can't buy a more user friendly piece of work out equip.Yes, it gets boring.But mix it up with jogging, treadmill, swimming, etc. and you get a whole package.
My 5 yr old watches the video and imitates the instructor verbatim.He's amazing with it.He has super discipline.My kid, that is.
There are studies on this and how it activates a gland (name escapes me) that increases the flow of getting rid of toxins in your system.There are other attributes associated, such as vision, balance, etc.It may be more true for some, than others.But for under $100, you are getting an investment in a machine/tool that doesn't really compare to anything prior.
The construction is decent.When I saw the quality/price, I threw out my old one (which was still in workable condition) and started off with this.

I am an adult who uses this strictly for exercise. It is the best trampoline I have ever used for this purpose because it is very strong & tight. I took off the inner circle, and use the outer frame only, for support.I highy recommend this trampoline for adults as well as children.
I purchased this item with high hopes as it seemed to be a good value compared to the other rebounders out there.WRONG!!!! After using for a few days all my joints hurt and my back is killing me.There are no springs but stretch bands.It's too tight of a mat with a hard, jarring bounce.I brought mine back and purchased a Needak which is on the way.Read up on rebounders and you'll find out why cheaper quality ones can actually hurt your body and create nerve damage.
Very difficult to unfold, really does take 2 people as the directions say, so it wouldn't be practical to fold often for storage. But once it is assembled, it works great! I'm using it for daily exercise and bone strengthening.
I've owned the "quarter folding" rebounder by ReboundAir for two years.Its very stable and has performed flawlessly.Because I have bad knees, I cannot jog outside.So using the rebounder is the next best type of aerobic exercise for me.Its very comfortable to use and easy on the knees.
I just bought this rebounder for myself, my nanny, and my two young boys. I had to call the company, Tohama, to get the weight limit. I was told it was 250 pounds but nothing in the product description or the material sent with the rebounder confirms this. No information about setting up the rebounder was given either. Fortunately, it was easy and trivial. The rebounder itself just folded open and it was reasonably obvious how the stabilizing bar fit together and that was it - we were ready to bounce! And everyone has been happily bouncing ever since. It has only been a week, but, so far, we are very happy with the product.
