The Urban Rebounder Review

I purchased the urban rebounder and I love it. First, it was very easy to set up. All you do is unfold it and pull the legs into place and pop on the handle. I did it by myself in about 10 minutes.
Second, the rebound surface give a nice soft bounce and the handle helps you keep your balance. The bar is also nice to hold for doing leg lifts etc while standing on the rebounder, sorta like a ballet bar.
Finally, the DVDs are great. There are so many different routines and types of routines you will never get bored. Everything from ballet to hip hop to Latin and more. I also just like to put on some music and make up my own routines. I am really happy with this rebounder. You should get one and be sure to get the DVDs with it.

Cory Everson 38-Inch Mini Trampoline Review

One Friday night many months ago,
I was at an interesting party, the host of which had "the greatest trampoline on the face of the earth."When I stumbled back into my dorm room I immediately made my way to my computer, and drunkenly typed my credit card number into amazon.com.Two days later, I checked my bank records and noticed an odd, unexplainable shortage.To my surprise, not only had I ordered the Cory Everson 38-Inch Mini Trampoline, but I payed for next day shipping.This trampoline is by far the greatest item I've ever purchased under the influence of alcohol.
It has brought me and my friends hours of joy and awe, as we bounce our cares away.
This trampoline is very well constructed, the six pegs underneath provide more than adequate support for drunken college students who seek pleasure from it.It's springs are...springy, and I can honestly say that I have never feared for my life while using this product.If I could give it six stars I would.

Needak Rebounder - Folding Soft Bounce Platinum Blue Edition Trampoline Review

I love this product. I recently learned that I, at 40 years old, have lymphoma. There seems to be a lot of belief that rebounding is great for your lymph system. I hope I start to see results. Also, my kids love it. They are always jumping on it, which is great exercise. The product if very sturdy (heavy too). It folds nicely in the bag. I have taken it with me for traveling. The only thing I could think of to say "it could be better" would be a padded cover for the springs, this one is only a thin material cover.

Seen as TV 40" in Rebounder Trampoline Foldable Bar w/Bar with Bag Review

I just bought this rebounder for myself, my nanny, and my two young boys. I had to call the company, Tohama, to get the weight limit. I was told it was 250 pounds but nothing in the product description or the material sent with the rebounder confirms this. No information about setting up the rebounder was given either. Fortunately, it was easy and trivial. The rebounder itself just folded open and it was reasonably obvious how the stabilizing bar fit together and that was it - we were ready to bounce! And everyone has been happily bouncing ever since. It has only been a week, but, so far, we are very happy with the product.

This Needak "soft bounce" non-folding rebounder serves as my low-impact treadmill.I have an artificial hip and arthritis.With healthier joints, I might have been into jogging and other on-your-feet exercises, since I have the right temperament for them.For 30+ years, though, my joint pain stopped me.I get pain routinely just in the "pavement-pounding" that I must do in the course of my day.

When the rebounder arrived, I placed it in a corner, with the handrail serving as the third side of the enclosure.The open side faces a television/Wii combination, with ample free space between them and the rebounder.

I tried walking in place while watching TV, but the new rebounder really found its niche in my health-improvement routine when I began using it with the Wii fitness game "Walk It Out" (Walk It Out).To play, I place the Wii Nunchuk, a secondary controller linked to the main remote control, in the pocket of my workout pants to register the literally thousands of music-driven steps that I take on the rebounder.Were I to try this on any other surface, pain would stop me very quickly.Using the rebounder, I have had NO PAIN even after really long, downright humid workouts, ...and the game is fun! Urban Rebounder Folding Trampoline Workout System Review

This is my 3rd rebounder.This is probably the best quality version.I weigh 220 plus pounds.People buy equip like this and expect miracle results in 2-3 sessions.It doesn't work like that.But if you work out every other day for 2-3 weeks, you will see results in the mirror.I work out with 2-5 lb freeweights.The cut(s) you get from this you can't get anywhere.I've been rebounding off/on since 1995.

There is marketing.There is hype.Is it all true?Mostly yes.You probably can't buy a more user friendly piece of work out equip.Yes, it gets boring.But mix it up with jogging, treadmill, swimming, etc. and you get a whole package.

My 5 yr old watches the video and imitates the instructor verbatim.He's amazing with it.He has super discipline.My kid, that is.

There are studies on this and how it activates a gland (name escapes me) that increases the flow of getting rid of toxins in your system.There are other attributes associated, such as vision, balance, etc.It may be more true for some, than others.But for under $100, you are getting an investment in a machine/tool that doesn't really compare to anything prior.

The construction is decent.When I saw the quality/price, I threw out my old one (which was still in workable condition) and started off with this.
